I know this might be late, but it seems this map is a port of this map that was originally made for CS:S https://www.moddb.com/games/counter-strike-source/addons/de-survivor-css made by https://www.moddb.com/members/sm-sith-lord

I found this out by looking at the same page you linked in the description, there I foun this link https://www.17buddies.rocks/17b2/View/Map/69034/de_survivor_css.html and when comparing what you show in the video, you can see in the 1:19 minute that both what you show in the video and the map I just linked you have the same advertisement of CS:S, then later you can see the same bridge, and later also you can see the same truck where you can plant the bomb.

I don't know who may have made the port to CSGO, maybe someone who doesn't know much of working with the hammer editor, that could explain the bugs other users are reporting in the comments.

I'm pointing it out here so you might be able to add it in the description.
