How to:
- Go to your Steam Client
- Click on ''Add a Game'' on the bottom left
- Click any program you have on your computer that doesn't use many resources and can run in the background (in my case I went for: windows media player)
- Locate the file location where the exe. is installed.
You can do this by adding it as a game, then right click on the program in your Steam library and browse local files
- Add a text file named ''steam_appid'', if it doesn't allow you to make a text file into the folder, make it on the desktop and drag it into the folder.
- Open the text file, type and save: 753
- Now you can rename the program inside your Steam library and run it, it will open the program as usual but will show in recently played at the bottom a steam program with time.
If you go to Games, recently player (150) it will also show up here for you.
