After that go ahead and get this adddon:

After that boot up the game and wait for 30 seconds, then the addon will be located in the file's.

Make sure you have 3 files explolers, these are the following:

1. (1) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SCP Containment Breach Multiplayer\workshop\3235296484\Sounds
   
2. (2) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SCP CB Multiplayer Reborn\SFX\Character\LureSubject
   
3. (3) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SCP CB Multiplayer Reborn\SFX\Room\106Chamber

I will call the folder's by the number's
Open up the (1) folder and replace the name files to:

Now get to folder (2) and replace all files from folder (1) to foler (2)(EXCEPT femur_breaker.ogg)

after that go to folder (1) and replace the file (femurbreaker.ogg) with the one in folder (3)
