New units

This mod combines my other mods adding new units. Some of those mods might incompatibile with each other, but this one lets us have all features at once. It's going to be developed as I will be creating new mods adding new units. There is still a possibility of subscribe only one or few (but not all) of my unit mods and it will work if there aren't compatibility problems mentioned before.

Right now it combines following mods:
- Anti-Tank Rifles (mod adding new anti-cavalry unit between Lancer and Anti-Tank Gun)
- Scout's upgrade path (mod adding five new scouting units)
