Overview
FIRST YOU OPEN THE MENU AND NAVIGATE TO "ARMORY" 
NOW YOU PRESS THE CRAFT BUTTON AND SELECT THE ATTACHMENT YOU WANT TO BUILD 
THEN YOU CLICK ON THE MOD SLOT AGAIN AND SELECT THE PART YOU WANT TO UPGRADE

NOW YOU PRESS THE CRAFT BUTTON AND SELECT THE ATTACHMENT YOU WANT TO BUILD

KEEP IN MIND THOSE PARTS WILL MAKE YOUR GUN MORE EXPENSIVE
THEN YOU CLICK ON THE MOD SLOT AGAIN AND SELECT THE PART YOU WANT TO UPGRADE

ONCE YOU UPGRADE A PART TO LEVEL 3 YOU WILL UNLOCK ITS BONUS ABILITY
UPGRADING PARTS DOESN´T MAKE THE GUN MORE EXPENSIVE!
BONUS ABILITIES ARE RANDOM TRY TO GET GOOD ONES LIKE :
Each shot has 1.5% chance to deal 150% Damage.
Teammates within 10m have a 5% chance to gain 5 Armor after killing an enemy
Add 10 Panic Power.

Those are the most interestung bonus abilities im using on my mods. And yes, they stack!

No clue man, I've been trying some things out but I don't have much to go off of besides feel as we don't have a testing map or anything

tommy do you happen to know if the bonus abilitys stack at all and if you do, do you also know how they stack?

Need to add that each bonus ability that mods have is from a pool and randomized, when I figured that out my mind started racing with possibilites, I've been recycling and crafting mods like crazy now
