Oh that's so cool! Yeah the longer you play the more you learn your self little tips and tricks to sort. I love it so much.

So, when the cute little Capy God spews out more items. Just use the sorting trick of dragging a window over it and hurdle them together as you wish. This gives a better view than when everything's scattered around, making it easier to sort out neatly. I hope this helps you as much as it helps me!
