Grand Theft Auto IV is one of the highly praised games of all time, but since the original PC release in 2008, there have been several inconsistent and missing features compared to the console versions, from the missing rain splashes, the broken depth-of-field, and so on.

This attempts to fix many of the issues, such as restoring missing content, improving the game's aesthetic, and completely adding new quality-of-life enhancements, making it the true definitive way to play the game for modern audiences.
