[RELEASED] Boogaloo v3

*Nitro is no longer needed to buy grenades, only to buy 2 of them

* Grenade damage radius is reduced from 140 to 120. Results in roughly 25% less overall damage

* Grenade throw range reduced

* Grenades give 20% less style

* Facing away from nades reduces damage and gives style

* Votekicks now require 70% to pass

* da_pretty_pixels Cvar will now default to 0 if player FPS is low

* Style bonus for superfalling is doubled

* Being prone while shooting gives style bonus

* Sentinels have a new firing sound (Thanks Sogeking!)

[UPCOMING] Doves of Fury

* New pistol - "Plan D"

* New "equipment" - Drugs! Exactly what they will do is unknown, possibly a health boost, or a buff to brawl damage and speed.

Not sure if it's just me, but the Sentinels seem to have been castrated in this last patch. The stopping power is gone, and the rate of fire is different.
