Description
Removes the Narcotic property from Cigs making them luxury only - thanks to lugaru for the suggestion.

I know I'm 10 years late to the discussion, but to @Max_Regime, no cigarettes are not narcotics. Narcotics are derived from opium. Cigarettes are tobacco.

allright, well since you are doing mods for contraband, could you make an addon that has a gui menu to select which items are marked as drugs,tools,luxs,weapons,etc.

booze is actually related to an in-game addiction, so making it not narcotic doesn't really make sense, does it?

why don't you just stop fooling around? it's a simple mod to address a minor issue - if you don't like it just don't use it

the background is that being narcotic and luxury your inmates may get punished twice (once for luxury, once for drugs).

also given they aren't related to any treatable addictions you may want to not punish your inmates when finding cigs.
