Overview
This game’s 45 levels are divided up into 5 chapters. Once a level is completed, it will score the attempt with up to 3 stars. To 100% the game, obtain a 3 star rating on all levels within normal/adventure mode and replay them again in Time Trial mode (which has a time limit.)

The objective of each level is to take over at least 75% of the board. To take over a region, draw a trail starting from a wall and connect it to either a wall or another sector you have created. When creating a sector, you always take the smaller side. If an enemy touches your line before it is connected, it will kill you.
High Scoring
The scoring system is a bit of an enigma; however I have come up with a strategy that usually results in a 3 star rating:
  • Don’t die. Additional points are given for each live you keep.
  • Time bonus is awarded for completing the level in under a certain amount of time. Try to move quickly.
  • The bigger the sector, the more points you get. The biggest sector that can be created is half of the map. The next biggest would be half of that. So the optimal amount of sectors to win any level would be 2. However, a barrier is usually placed around the middle of the map to prevent this. Try to be creative around them and win the map taking the biggest sectors possible.
  • A very tiny sector won’t net points and it also won’t negate from the area of a bigger sector you are aiming to take. So my strategy is to create a series of small sectors combined to go from one side to another in order to keep my fish safe and overtake the map quickly.
  • For every enemy and barrier that is in the sector you take, a multiplier bonus is awarded. If possible, try to make that area the slightly smaller side when creating sectors so you get that area and take the bonuses. Sometimes you can even use tiny sectors to trap the enemies so they stay in that area.
