How to unlock the achievement
To unlock the achievement, all you have to do is play the Prologue on Cadet difficulty. After you perform the 1st kill, wait for the soldiers to appear and then target the pillar next to the soldier as seen on the screenshot. Make sure that you aim it at the soldier's head height. Fire and the achievement is yours.

There is actually a sleid that the soldiers hide behind on the Schoneberg Streets level that I used to get it.
