Yes there already guides on this, some explain different parts better than others. This one is more about how to get it and what's the best/fastest way to get it over just listing spawn locations.

Still this is more annoying than hard, chances are it'll get changed in later patchs but currently there's a higher chance of getting You see me Baggin than finding the lab.

It took me the best part of two nights to find the lab, it might be different for other people.

I'll update this guide as the achivement is updated and the chances of finding the lab/ingredients are changed.

The first thing you need to know is what to look for.
If the lab has spawned the will be chems on the map, in boxes like this:

They are exactly the same as the ones in Hotline Miami and they will have 1 or 2 ingredients in them and will kinda blend in with the other boxes but once you've found one you know there will be others.

Ingredients spawn all over the map but there always seems to be atleast one in one of the traincars, if the lab has spawned.

The next step is actually going for it.
It can be done in stealth, but I went for it loud with everyone running fugitive builds.
Basically we just zipped around the map looking for ingredients and restarted when there were none.
We did this on Overkill, but I've heard the lab can spawn on any difficulty, but it's still worth using a fugibuild so you can zip around the map looking for ingredients and surviving and specials.

The achivement triggers when anyone opens the container containing the lab. So you don't have to complete the heist for it, but you can if you want. The heist is kinda worth it due to all the high value loot around the docks and the 1-2 bags of meth that can be cooked. Remember the assault wave won't end once you get on the boat, it's like the end of Hoxton Breakout. Annoyingly Bain doesn't tell you this. We didn't have the manifest so I can't say if that makes any difference. Also we used the van escape, because we didn't get assets because we were to cheap to buy them everytime.
You cook the same way you do in Hotline Miami.

So each time there were no ingredients we would just restart and go again.

I hate this achivement with all my hate.


Still like I've said, I know there are other guides for this out there.
I just wanted to make one detailing how I did it and how to quickly check to see if the lab has spawned.
