Use zipline or carefully walk down on bridge support (zipline may would not like to zip you from first time, if that happened just try again)
Now you are in the dead medical zone, beware a lot of zombies, but and a lot off good stuff.

But we need to get to the 3rd part of the bridge, to finally left the city, use bridge support to climb on 3rd or higher level -

But be carefull walking up there, dont stand on zone where the game says you are leaving game area, it will load your alast savegame
