Я нашел как все это пофиксить на форуме и решил поделиться найденными решениями и написать руководство. Спасибо им за фикс.

Желательно делать все это именно в описанной ниже последовательности:

Скачайте "NVIDIA Inspector": http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/nvidia-inspector-download.html
Распакуйте архив и запустите "nvidiaInspector.exe".
В появившемся окне, наверху, найдите надпись "Profiles:", выберите профиль "Dying Light".
В разделе "Compatibility" найдите "SLI compatibility bits (DX1x)", в нем выберите "0x080000F5 (Catzilla, Dragon Age 2, Ocean Demo, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor...)". Нажмите в правом верхнем углу "Apply changes".

Если это не помогло:

Руководство для Win 7:

1. Закройте игру.

2. Нажмите Пуск -> Правой кнопкой мышки на "Компьютер" -> Свойства -> Дополнительные параметры системы -> Вкладка "Дополнительно" -> Найдите раздел "Быстродействие" -> Параметры -> Вкладка "Дополнительно" -> Раздел "Виртуальная память" -> Изменить.

3. Уберите галочку с "Автоматически выбирать объем файла подкачки". Выберите самый быстрый диск (Желательно SSD, или быстрый HDD) с достаточным количеством свободного места (11+ гб). Нажмите "Указать размер", и в две строки введите 10240. Перезагрузите компьютер если это необходимо.

Если это не помогло, попробуйте отключить файл подкачки совсем. Если и это не помогло, верните всё как было и ждите фикса от разработчиков :-)

It is advisable to do all this in the sequence described below:

Download "NVIDIA Inspector": http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/nvidia-inspector-download.html
Extract archive and run "nvidiaInspector.exe".
At the top of the window find title "Profiles:", choose profile "Dying Light".
In section "Compatibility" find "SLI compatibility bits (DX1x)", and choose "0x080000F5 (Catzilla, Dragon Age 2, Ocean Demo, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor...)". Press button "Apply changes" at the top right corner.

If doesn't help:

Guide for Win 7:

1. Close the game.

2. Click the Start button -> Press right mouse button on "Computer" -> Properties -> Advanced system settings -> Tab "Advanced" -> Find section "Performance" and press "Settings" -> Tab "Advanced" -> Section "Virtual memory" -> Change.

3. Clear the "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives" check box. Select the most fastest hard drive you have (SSD, for example. Or fast HDD) with enough free space on it (11+ gb). Then select "Custom size" and type in these two rows: 10240. Then Press OK and reboot computer if it will be neccesary.

If it doesn't help when try to turn page file at all. And if it doesn't help too then just return everything back and wait for fix from developers :-)
