I'm not sure. But I think it's not possible.

@star i like to cut down on entities when ever i can, but walls are pretty dope. Is it possible to make a mod thats like a "blockade" a line of 5 walls that counts as 1 entity?

Since now adding hay walls next to someone's firepit roaring with a fire is the newest griefer move (getting around simple protection mod...), this mod is a great idea! EXCEPT, I just wish only hay walls were unavailable to build. lol. Is that a possibility for a new mod? :D

You right. I removed trees in my worlds, but I increased loot from it.

I have no idea, why you would want to remove walls. But to each his own. I guess. Building castles is half the fun! :) and if you are lagging with this game maybe it's time to upgrade your computer. There are like 50 itmes more trees in the game, lets remove those to stop the lag. Or food, take the food out. You don't need that.
