You will need to download and install VLC media player. You can download it HERE[www.videolan.org]

Open VLC Player
Press Ctrl+R (Or go to Media->Convert/Save)
Click the Add button and choose the file you wish to convert
Press Ctrl+O and press Enter(Or click the small arrow next to the "Convert/Save" box and select Convert)
In the Profile dropdown menu, pick the format you wish to convert to
Pick the Destination file by clicking Browse and selecting the desired path and filename.
Click Start :)
