Open console and type:

bind p "toggle sv_cheats; toggle cl_drawhud; toggle r_drawviewmodel; jpeg_quality 100; hud_saytext_time 0"

Tapping p will now switch off/on all hud.

To re-enable the chat messages, type the command below to restore its default value:
hud_saytext_time 12
or bind o "hud_saytext_time 12"

To slow down the spectator camera speed; press shift.

To have a wide angle it is advised to increase the field of view (FOV) in video settings.
Now you can take nice and clean screenshots.

Enjoy, guys! A note - all of the commands are boolean except for jpeg_quality and hud_saytext_time. For jpeg_quality, you can add the command along with the second bind for hud_saytext_time 12 by dividing each command with a semicolon and a space before entering the next command and default value. Should look like:

bind p "hud_saytext_time 12; jpeg_quality [default/desired val.]"

If you want to know jpeg_quality's default value, type it in the console and it should report back its default value in a comment.
