The guide
Most people don't know that Windows Phones have terrible games available. This game was one of the first games I ever downloaded on Windows Phone and it kept me glued to my phone for hours. This PC remake is completely the same game, yes it's just a port of a mobile game. Nevertheless, it can entertain you for several hours.

The game:
Now the game itself is rather simple, your castle is on the left, enemy portal is on the right, and monsters will spawn from the portal and move to the left side to destroy your castle. You have to defeat all the monsters OR destroy the portal on the right side. I highly advise you to destroy the portal on EVERY WAVE, because you get double gold reward for a dead portal.

Control the game with your mouse (as this is a touchscreen game, your mouse does the "tapping"). Pressing and holding LMB will move your hero, he attacks automatically when in range. The only key used is ESC when you are in the game menu to quit the game. No hotkeys.

This guide won't tell you to buy gold or hack gold. Also we don't care about copyright issues, cheat engine or stuff. This guide is for people who want to play this game and want to beat it normally, with all achievements done.

The basics:
- Every monster and ally has fixed attack range:
Swords, Axes, Hammers have the shortest range.
Pikes, Lances, Polearms have medium range.
Bows, Xbows and magic have long range.
The abovementioned allows you to hide cavalry and pikemen behind your swordsmen with high HP, and your healers behind both of these. This is your key to beating later levels.

- Your Hero can use 4 abilities:
A slash, which has even longer range than regular pikes or polearms, but you can't reach enemy archers. Can be timed well with your normal attack. Engage the enemy this way: normal - slash - normal - slash.
A magic missile. Don't use it, it sux.
A purple bubble that makes you immune to anything. This is the main skill you will be using early on and later on.
A firewall that spawns few meters away from your hero and covers a small area. Not particularly useful, I use it to damage enemy archers when there are too many monsters to just slash them.

Sadly your hero always starts with 0 mana and regenerates super slowly, so you have to keep drinking Mystic Water. I recommend saving it for waves 30+, one potion costs 300g and you can manage just fine with meleeing, evading and occasional Protection spell.

- The game uses two resources:
Gold, which is gained for every wave and sometimes drops from killed monsters. Used for upgrades in the menu. I strongly advise you to not buy any gold for real money, it's not required.

Silver, which is produced automatically in your castle. You need it to summon allied soldiers. You can also fill the silver bar which allows you to upgrade the production (faster silver gain and higher storage). The upgrades on silver production vanish with each wave, so you have to upgrade it again, but it's worth it. Late in the game you can upgrade the silver production permanently.

The Strategy
In the early levels, don't upgrade any soldiers, any skills, any items.

The only thing you want to upgrade is your hero, because his HP and HP regeneration improves with levels, so you basically become nearly immortal for some early waves. Thx to the level upgrade he also packs a punch. He maxes out at level 10 tho, so this won't work forever.

After you max your hero, start saving money for late game, you want as much money as you can amass. You want to upgrade your Healers, at least to level 3. After you unlock Royal Cavalry, you will spend some money on their upgrades, I recommend level 3 aswell, that should last up to wave 50.

The Battle
As soon as you see the loading screen, press your mouse and move to the right. Start attacking the portal immediately and stick at it as long as you can. If monsters swarm your hero, use Mystic Water and Protection. When your silver production reaches level 3, you can start summoning soldiers to assist you with killing the portal. Killing a portal early is much better than not killing it at all.

This strategy will be repeated on every single wave, only the summons will change. Once you unlock Pikemen, summon them to assist you with damage and act as their shield. Once you unlock Cavalry, use those. When you unlock Healers + Armored Swords, I used those and you can also let them tank instead of you. Later, swap Armored Swords with Royal Guards and endgame Royal Cavalry.
I don't recommend Witches, they have higher damage, but attack single target and they are very slow and fragile. Cavalry is faster and can also take some beating, and their lances attack multiple enemies.

At around wave 40, your hero will start to take a beating. At this point, your Protection should last about 8 seconds, if not, feel free to upgrade it. It's cooldown (or reuse time) is always 1/4 longer than the duration. This makes it easy to watch the cooldown counter on the spell. As it reaches 9 o'clock position, retreat from the enemies so that you don't die. In a second or two, your Protection will be recharged and you can pop it again and go back into the fight. In the later waves, you keep doing this strategy until your Silver production is high enough to maintain for the Royal Cavalry, then spawn enough of them to push the enemy back into the portal.

This applies to endless modes too, there you just keep watching your HP and the number of your summons. Resummon soldiers when they die and you'll be fine.

Now you know all there is to this game. Enjoy!

It is super easy.
1. Max your Boulder.
2. Buy 6-7 Boulders
3. Rush straight to the portal
4. Do not buy any units
5. Release your boulders 1 by 1
6. Enjoy victory !

Nobody said it would be easy.
Basically you have to immunetank with protection for your long range cavalry. I recommend that you set up a line (using the Standby item) where your guys stack so you have like 4+ at one spot. Then you Protection-tank the skeletons several times so they also stack up. Then you let them come to the Standby line and reactivate protection. While monsters try to hit your immune hero, your knights will smash everything. Rinse and repeat.

Another strategy that might work is upgrading the Boulder to maximum damage and using that in conjunction with Protection, but boulder is costly.
