Miscellaneous Tips
Ingame Tips:
  • Some followers have long range skills and will be able to attack from any position.
  • You can use spells to change follower order during battle.
  • Some skills (like strike) use equipment, and the attacks can be improved by equipping better weapons.
  • You can drag items and spells to your hotbar for easy access. Your spells are in your profile.
  • Books can teach followers new skills, but followers can only have 1-4 skills depending on their level.
  • You can rename followers by opening the follower manager, clicking on a follower then clicking on their name.
  • The game autosaves to the "AUTOSAVE" slot every time you travel to a location, confrontation, or hit a checkpoint.
  • You can bring up the type damage table by clicking on a follower's type in the bestiary.
  • You'll typically find stronger enemy groups the further you travel to the right in a location.
  • Divine followers draw mana from the left side of your mana slider. Drag the slider to give more mana to you or divine followers.
  • Arcane followers have their own mana pool. You can recharge them with items, spells or blue fountains.
  • Martial followers don't require mana for any of their skills - even if the skill would normally cost mana!
  • The defend battle mode can be used to keep enemies alive while you convert them.

    Other random tips:
  • Invigorate and Song stack with repeated uses.
  • Repeated poison increases the damage dealt per tick.
  • Some skills are passive abilities like Evade and Reflect.
  • Regen 10% of max mana per battle, rounded down. You increase your max MP by 1 every deity level and earn a new spell skill point every other deity level.
  • Followers learn/upgrade abilities every 5th follower level, seemingly until all four abilities reach rank 3.
  • In 16 Sky, reunite Pia (northern parth) with Lia (southern path) before talking to Sand Man to get achievement.
  • After clearing certain quests, use the letter from your items to continue the story.
  • You need the 'Rope' item to leave quest areas (with a red treasure chest icon), though you might be able to use autosave points and restart the game to exit.
  • Unique followers are usually found at event tiles (like cave entrances, staircases, etc.) that show up as purple on the minimap (like save points). Generally found on the right half of the area, but not quite at the end of the map.
  • You can respec your spell skill points midbattle, so you could abuse it to always cast max level spells.
  • There are two pairs of unique followers where if you encounter one, the other becomes unavailable: Sand Man/Demon Princess and Goddess/Bogral . You have to trade one over from another save file to 100% the bestiary.
  • From the developer: The skill (SKL) stat is a modifier of the effectiveness of all skills/spell you (or your follower) uses. For damage-dealing skills, it is exactly like an attack stat. For healing skills, the higher the skill stat, the more health it heals. This interacts with the defense (DEF) stat when a skill targets an enemy. For example, a damage-dealing skill will deal damage proportional to the attacker's SKL divided by the defender's DEF.

I traded over some level 33 followers from one account to another. and they fleed a level 10 encounter. why is this?

There are two pairs of unique followers where if you encounter one, the other becomes unavailable: Sand Man/Demon Princess and Goddess/Bogral . You have to trade one over from another save file to 100% the bestiary.

how do you get the monstersthat you missed. for instance i got the one monster as a quest before the tourorunemnt and now an unable to get the other one.
