its a blueprint, meaning you subscribe, and when in a world with all the needed mods, open up your blueprint menu with F10 and select it. then press "OK" then pase it in with ctrl+V

word of warning though, almost all mechs broke with some recent updates to the game, so i'm pretty sure it doesnt even work anymore. meaning it will likely explode randomly

Wish i could program the ai to use this to defend my base or the inside of my ship the controls are hard to use for humans :(

the hover bike is needed for its cockpit.
the only 100% necissary mod would be the convayor hinges. everything else could be replaced with vanilla stuff.
