the bad news is that big fish seem to take down his walkthrough.
the good news is that i happened to saved the page in my phone before that happened. i'm not sure if this is allowed or not (do let me know if it isn't and i'll take it down), but i decided to upload the guide here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FVQ4pa3YzAga5cCKonhFH8PreWfOeVeX?usp=sharing
you also can use gamezebo's walkthrough as an alternative though. they have a full map in each area. (link: https://www.gamezebo.com/2010/01/08/millennium-2-take-me-higher-walkthrough-cheats-strategy-guide/)
anyway, as for the guide, i can confirm that piu-piu doesn't leave your party. it only leaves when you're in the same screen with norman and will return back to your party after you leave the area.
I just wanted to let you know, in case you ever want to update this guide, that it might be a good idea to point out a couple of things for the reader. First, there is an item called the Baron's Monocle that can apparently be found on the glass table in the Mystrock Town Hall's second room, but the window to grab it is small. It ups the amount of gold found in those sacks. (Learned all that from a random post on one of Aldorea's forum threads.) Second, an item to power Jeanne called the Perfumed Aquifoilium inside Secret Room #15, the one inside the first Shumen Cave with the Pillar of Health in it, one screen west of the Shumen Forest's village entrance. Just search left into the water from the top-left most square of the jut of land at the north side of the room. (Found this on my own in the game by happenstance.)
Thanks again, including your Ghost of Future Games' Diamond Mining advice! Looking forward to your other guides for games 3 and 4! :D
