ATI cards
atioglxx.dll fixes the game not starting and instant crashing, and additional information can be found in this thread to be put in the Homeworld2Classic\Bin\Release directory
Nvidia Cards
you need to force your game to have VSYNC enabled, this may require you to go to the nvidia control panel and do this for the Homeworld2.exe in Homeworld\Homeworld2Classic\Bin\Release this will solve the camera movement issues
Launch options
my recommended launch options (arguments) for homeworld 2
-window -w 1920 -h 1080 -noMovies -windowed -hardwareCursor

sounds like you either need to run the game as admin, or "get ownership" of all directories involved, a simple google search for that should get you in the right direction

I get the stargate mod to play as fighting the guo'ald for 56 minutes one time.Me the tauri versus 3 cpu players...but when I play 3 wraith it crashes about 20 some minutes in...and even only 2 wraith cpu players too same time on expert level...about 20 some minutes then it crashes to desktop.

i was simply solving driver compatablity issues, idk all the fixes, but if you do find solutions, please tell me what the problem was and the solutions and i will add here aswell as credit

ok now I got a new laptop rig...
A10-9600p Bristol ridge
quad-core 2.4 ghz to turbo 3.4
dual channel
2x4
windows 10 64-bit
homeworld remaster entire collection...I bought it.

now,I have tested the homeworld 2 classic to run and it runs now on my new rig...
but the mod stargate space conflict will crash once I attempt to run it...

What Am I missing?
