Those explosive shells do pack quite a punch, I agree.

But alas, any player with an army heavily-oriented toward supporting numerous or medium amounts of artillery can be pretty brutal in the right circumstances xD

artillery became OP in Fall of the Samurai...in empire artillery is pretty manageable, but they are good cavalry killers
