Adds the Wu Kingdom. Based on the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Dynasty Warriors.

UA - Skillmaster of the Yangtze (+1 Production and +1 Food from each improved ocean tile. +1 Culture, +1 Prodution and +1 Science from each ocean resource in the capital.)
UU - Fire Archer (Replaces the Crossbowman. +50% Combat Strength against Cities and Naval Units.)
UU2 - Fire Ship (Replaces the Galleass. Increased melee strength in exchange for a weaker ranged attack. +30% Combat Strength against Cities and Naval Units.)
