The tactic is simple,flick between camera's 1 and 2 over and over, if you see Springtrap (that golden thing) cam 2, play the audio on Cam 3. if you see him on cam 1, play the audio on Cam 2. If you hear banging in the vents, quickly switch to the vent cameras and find him, and block his way. Repeat.
Make sure to never let the other animatronics disable your camera system or your audio system or your ventilation system, you can stop this by switching off the camera's when you see them on the camera. If you need to re-enable the camera, audio, or ventilation, then do it.

Sometimes you will die anyway, This is something that I cannot help due to the randomized nature of the game.
