At the top floor of the skyscraper is the council room, where all of the high authorities of the Greater Wing party gather to discuss official affairs with the Dictator. From bootlickers to unquestionably powerful people, the council is comprised of the Dictator's most trusted elite.

The council chamber is decorated with a sense of simple and pristine cleanliness - a symbol of the Greater Wing party's cold and ruthlessly efficient policies. But the chamber itself vaguely resembles a cage. Could this signify that there is an even greater power that controls the Greater Wing? A secret organization that even the mighty Dictator must answer to? Only the Dictator himself, along with his most trusted guardsman, Phalanx, will ever know the truth within these walls."

So yeah, this is my second duel map. I'm still getting the hang of how Hammer works. I still can't figure out how to make custom intro camera scenes for the maps, though.
