I. TRADITIONAL EVENTS
Here I am going to provide event rules that were popular since the School of War.
Battle Chess
This is definetely the most popular of the events, it involves two team captains having to pit one of their players against the other one at a time, the ideal captain will be able to decide who is best fit for battle against any particular person on the opposite team, the captain should know/learn their own teams strengths and weaknesses.

The rules: everyone moves together in a group or a line, the organizer will pick team captains to lead, the two captains will then decide which one of them can pick a member of their team first, after that the other team captain will take his pick and vice versa, until there are no more people waiting to be picked, in the event of a team having 1 extra team player, the opposite team will be allowed 1 revive to use when they want.

Now the same captain that had first pick must send out his player first and then the other captain will make his decision.

Team players will not engage in a duel, they will fight in FFA until one of them dies, the winner of the match will return to their team unless they told by the team captain to continue fighting, the winner of the fight must always send their person in first and the loser of the fight sends theirs in second.

The game is over when either team captain is eliminated, the team captain can choose to fight whenever they want to, but the team captain will have to fight when they are out of team players; when a captain is forced out to fight, the other team captain does not have to fight the opposite captain themselves, they can use their own players to take him out if they want.
Last Warrior Standing
This event is a closed FFA, it was made so that people would learn to fight in more chaotic areas and be able to quickly determine the best course of action in any given situation.

The rules are fairly simple, everyone starts spread out in a circle along the edge of your arena of choice, the organizer will announce "Swords", which is when you will draw your swords, then "Bows", which is when everyone will bow and finally "Engage", which is when you attack whoever you want...

The only other mandatory rule is "no sidelining", which means do not hang around outside of fights, waiting for most people to die out, you must be engaged in the battle.

There is an optional rule that organizer can choose to use, there are many variations of this rule due to the builds of the game, "use only [insert stance], [insert class] and [insert sword]".
Ninja Versus Samurai
This is probably the most complicated of all the events. This is an escort/assassination event, the samurai must escort their leader to his destination safe from the harm of ninjas.

The rules: there are 2 teams, samurai and ninjas, the samurai have to escort their leader (the "daimyo") to his destination, the daimyo will tell his samurai which way to go, how they will form up and if they should attack or not, the samurai must walk to the destination, but they can run when they are engaged in combat, the daimyo cannot attack at all unless he is the last one standing.

The ninja, can move freely across the map, independently of each other and act as they see fit, they can get to high places by the use of wall running, they are also allowed to use 1 shuriken.

Because the samurai are more restricted than the ninja, they will be allowed more people, the ninjas will be limited to 1 ninjas per 3 samurai (not including daimyo).

The samurai win if they get their daimyo to his destination, the ninjas will win if they assassinate the daimyo.
The Gauntlet
This event is about teamwork, being able to work well together to overcome the odds.

The rules: the organiser will pick a few people to be "The Challengers", the amount of challengers can depend on the amount of people playing, the ratio should be around 3 Gauntlet members to every 1 challenger. The challenger will have full HP and full freedom of builds, but the Gauntlet can be restricted in class builds and will have their HP reduced. The game is over when either the Gauntlet defeats the challengers or the challengers defeat the Gaunlet.
The Machine
This event is based around learning how to deal with continuously changing fighting styles as the machine.

The rules: everyone will spread out to the edges of the arena of choice, the organizer will pick a person to be the machine; everyone else are known as the "challengers", the machine will go to the centre of the arena, it will pick one person to fight them, the machine and the challenger will begin their fight, the challenger is allowed to tag out in one of the other challengers by running over to them and moving behind them, at this point the new challenger is in the fight and there is no grace period for bowing or repositioning, the machine is allowed to press it's attack against the new challenger, but in order to tag out the challenger must land at least 1 blow on the machine, remianing untouched would be ideal for the machine to prevent tagging out.

If you are defeated by the machine, then you are out of the game, if the challenger defeats the machine then that challenger becomes the new machine and the old machine moves to the edge of the arena and becomes a challenger, the challengers can take beating by the machine and not be allowed to heal between defeats of challengers, the challengers are only allowed to heal when a machine is defeated.

The game will continue until the machine beats the last challenger.
The Lone Warrior
This is just about being badass and not taking ♥♥♥♥ from anyone.

The rules: everyone is moved to their own isolated position and walks around a big open map, such as ffa_temple or ffa_winter, when they encounter another warrior, they fight to the death, but in order to win, you may want to avoid fighting certain people. you cannot run away from an encounter or a challenge, you can only avoid a battle if you were not seen by the other person.

The last person left standing wins.
II. EVENTS BY RYOKU CLAN
Here I will provide event rules created by Ryoku Clan.
Highlander
In this event teams of 5 fight against each other.

In every team players should have original, not repeating builds, for example it can be Katana Judgement, Longsword Vanguard, Jian Ryoku, Scimitar Pure and Rapier Phalanx versus Jian Judgement, Longsword Vanguard, Katana Ryoku, Scimitar Pure and Rapier Phalanx versus etc.

Teams fight until there is only one team left standing.
RapeTDM
Rapiers only. Two equal teams. Any class. You have 1 HP per round. Each enemy you kill with a side attack, grab, throwables gives one point. Forward attacks for instance will not give a point for finishing an opponent. You can kill your allies in order to take points from your enemies.
The Arena (WIP)
In this event the participants are divided into groups of four people, every round a group of people is let into the closed arena where they fight until only one is left standing, the winner of every round is healed and let out; when all rounds are finished, all the round winners are sent to the arena to fight each other. The final winner is healed, let out and rewarded; the arena may or may not have hazardous obstacles or various levels, the arena should be vast.
III. OTHER EVENTS
Here I will list events suggested by veterans that don't want to be associated with Ryoku Clan.
The Mutant
An event by Tekoppen

Mutant is a consistant high-action gamemode with no delays once the match starts.

It's a two versus one game with no class specifications.
The one who is alone is red and the two others are blue.
The player from the blue team that kills the red player then switches place with the red player.
If the red player however kills a blue player the red player scores a point.

The first player to gain 5 points wins the match.

It is highly recommended that all participants acquire the specific binds to change color to both red and blue in an instant.

bind <key> "vs_color 0 0 1" bind <key> "vs_color 1 0 0"
FINAL NOTES
TDM stands for team deathmatch.

We're open for suggestions.

And btw as this was added to this list before I looked throught for incorrect writing, you don't have 1 hp in RapeTDM you have 1 life per round. The round ends when 1 team has no players left, but the team that has most points in the end of the round allways wins which means that it doesn't matter which team that survives. First to win 5 rounds wins. IF you have equal points in the end of the round no one gets the point.

Lel if there where zombie mode. Like 10 players 1 start as a zombie with infinite respawns, if you die you respawn as a zobmie. Last none zombie standing wins.
