Description
This is a modification of a stock building from the game with a few more props and details. Folks should hang out on the front patio or the back yard. If you install this, it will get built naturally in your residential zones based on available space, income, etc.

It's growable. Seen it a few times in my city after subscribing.

Growable means it will automatically spawn on residential zoned areas. haha

I honestly don't know. I started from the stock version of this building and added several props and special zones (like the back yard is for hanging out). Then I saved it and published it. I *think* that means it's "growable". Someone maybe correct me?
