Adds recipes for copying(!) virtual seminars.

Details:
Once you have a seminar in your inventory you can craft a copy and save it on a new data device (Terran Hightech Good). The DRM can only be cracked with Security Decryption Devices, of course.

All recipes are:
1 Security Decryption Devices
1 Terran Hightech Good
1 seminar you want to copy (won't be destroyed in the process)

Known issues:
*Amount of ingredients may be messed up by other mods

Mod Incompatibilities:
*Other recipe mods can mess up the amount of ingredients and vice versa
