台北盆地普遍來講缺乏天然資源，玩家要發揮很大的努力才能把台北經營的有聲有色。不過，都有石油了，社子島的一角甚至可以使用船運。還有甚麼困難呢?

北二高(福爾摩沙高)新增
汐止交流道(因遊戲性而非精準位置)
遊戲圈內大部分高速公路高度從5(最高) 降到3，讓你後期可不用打掉就直接蓋交流道。
圓山交流道移除，將交流道改到旁邊，增加遊戲性，讓你在第二塊即可解鎖修改交流道。當然你以後也可以打掉重新蓋圓山交流道
初始的路改為高架橋進入，讓你在一開始可直接有效分流車輛
修改初始部分會淹水區

更多的水! 更高的海平面讓缺水問題應該會緩解。
因為海平面升高，修改了部分地形高度。
鐵道現在貫通整個台北。還是維持一條，但是出口兩邊都有兩個分岔，達到最大4個出入口，應該可以稍微紓通火車堵塞。

全部的平地更平整。內湖區稍微擴大增加遊戲性。
林口區更加平整。
中山高速公路，現在貫通全台北，避免無限的系統提示。
飛機路線修改，你可在更多區域有機場的選擇。
很不幸的，新生高架橋不能地下化了，原本的道路現在修正為新生高，連接中山北路。
陽明山上更多的可開發地，注意沿著台二甲沿線的開發價值，一開始則有行義路山上的優美風光，別忘了開發。
