Note: This isn't the way the game is meant to be played, but I find it fun trying to get the best time I can since the runs don't last more than 100 seconds.

If you want to run the game properly it might not be worth reading this until you have done, though parts will be useful if you are strained for time.

As soon as the game begins immediately go straight ahead towards the shop. From the floor menu it's the 3rd option.

Now in the shop there are four options:

Clockmaker : Gives you more time, since the time is paused in the floor section and stops when you rescue the girls you won't need this.

Gunsmith: I've not tested the damage difference, but since it only takes 1 second to buy I figure it will always be worth it. Price - $5000

Organ Traffic: You trade your health for and begin bleedout which can only be fixed when you reach the boss, thankfully it is managable. Recieve $10,000 and start bleedout.

Pimp: Buy your girls here, for $150,000 you can buy all 30.

Nightclub: This shop is vital for staying alive, trade your time and $1000 away for health.

Now you have a brief overview I'll explain the method. It'll take some time to get used to but you should end up in the low 90s if you do the run perfectly, maybe even below 90.

Start:

Click out the menu and go straight ahead to the Floor/Shop building.

Shop Menu:

The shop is 3rd from top, click to proceed.

Purchases:

As soon as you are in the shop go to the Organ Trafficer (also 3rd from top) and click like hell. If you are fast enough you can get a double purchase before having to go back to the menu, do this 16 times for a cool $160,000.

Now to the nightclub, click 5 times (your time should be either 49 or 50) and proceed to the pimp, click like hell again until you've got 30 costing $150,000 and then buy the gun upgrade for another $5000. Spend the rest on the nightclub (not sure the exact bleedout between there and reaching the boss, it's likely I waste time by buying too much health), time stops when you rescue all the girls so don't worry about running out, you could also use this if you just want to explore every floor and not rush.

Getting to the boss:

Now you are ready to go to the boss room. Leave the shop and go up to the top floor (first 3 Floor Buildings are directly upwards of the floor entrance and the final one is to the right). Now you are at the top floor ignore the enemies and go directly to the boss. Stay at the top for 4 cars, move to the bottom for 4 cars then up for 2 cars, down for 1 car and finally go to the middle to avoid the last car directly to the boss. The knife throwing enemy only throws knives when you kill it, so if you want to risk bleedout by not buying much health it's important not to shoot them.

The boss:

Now you are at the final, and only boss. It's relatively straightforward compared to other Bullet Hell shooters but the damage is piercing so you can be hit by multiple shots at once. Stay close to the bottom most of the time as it's easier to avoid the shots that way, when she is nearly dead move close to save precious microseconds.

The guide may be too simplistic but I'll cover important points again:

1. Click like crazy on the Organ Trafficer to get double purchases.
2. $160,000 should cover all your needs, 30 girls, 5 pills and the gun upgrade.
3. The floor entries are Up, Up, Up, Up, Right - make sure you don't waste any time going the wrong way.
4. The top floor is simple to navigate if you use the cars as check points. There are 4 in a row at the top, then 4 at the bottom, then two at the top, one at the bottom and another near the top.
5. The boss takes between 59-60 seconds if you don't miss a hit, if you are trying to get a fast time and don't want to spend time killing the boss if you know you've failed use the timer as an indicator (E.g. 35 Seconds on the timer will result in either 94 or 95 after you've done the boss). #

Now that the competition is over I hope someone can perfect the run as low as possible.

I can save at least 2 seconds on the run if I do everything correctly, I think under 90 seconds is possible but I'm not sure about anything lower.

2024 update: For my own curiosity I tried following this guide myself years later and thought it'd be useful to upload a picture, this time only 98 seconds though.
