Description
OB's 4-Level Stack Interchange by Outbreak42

Inspired by the Four Level Interchange or simply "The Stack" (officially Bill Keene Memorial Interchange), was the first stack in the world located in downtown Los Angeles. Completed in 1949, but not fully open until 1953 due to the construction of the freeways connecting to it.

The traffic picture shows the interchange handling traffic in a 100k population city. Thx to Fragxz for the test-bed 100k city: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=409923051

The Bill Keene interchange, named after one of the earliest pioneer traffic reporters in the Los Angeles metro area. Funny, concise and immensely popular Bill Keene added 'weatherman' to his profile with KNX/KNXT Los Angeles radio and television. His comical weather reporting set the standard for some of the great 'comedian/weather reporters' to this day.

He's up there with the greats of Los Angeles traffic reporters Max Schumaker (KMPC) and Paul 'Panther' Pierce (also KMPC). Max died in a fiery helicopter collision with an LAPD helicopter. Paul became known as Panther forever after his reporting on the black panther escape from a movie studio/attraction 'JungleLand' animal farm back in the early 60's.

Nice! Hailing from south Florida, there are just a couple stacks there, that are shifted and much less defined.
