How to Circle! TEACH ME NAO!!!
Okay, let's do this!

Step 1: Make a marker
The marker will orientate and position your circle.

Step 2: Pick the one way road

Step 3: Count the grid
Start at the marker and turn 90degrees.

Step 4: Turn 90degrees
Use the grid to ensure uniform length

Step 5: Rinse Repeat
You've done it. Just keep going!

Step 6: Upgrade accordingly

And you are done!
Remember that marker from Step 1? You can use it to....

Draw straight tangents!

Make MOAR CIRCLES!

Connect a circle to ....wait for it.... ANOTHER CIRCLE

And you are done! You are now a Zen Master of circles. Have fun!

The 'tangent' you depicted is actually a normal. A tangent runs on a circle so that it can only ever touch it at one point - the floor a ball rests on is a tangent to the ball's curve, for example. Aside from geometric confusion, this tutorial is fantastic! Curves are always an issue for me.

One day I'll have the balls to make a city out of circles. One day.

It is, but you can always draw a tangent inside and put it in the centre of everything. Or create square grids around the circle. It's really up to your imagination.
