dont know why
plus i can't even build on the roads for some reason
That being said, here are my critiques:
The roundabouts feel awkward off-center, and I want to connect them in the middle of the square, which is what I would do right away and begin to construct my city, if I had access to an entire square, rather than the diamond pattern you use.
The diamond pattern is what gets me the most. Off-center roundabouts I could potentially deal with, though it would irk me. The choice of diamond-pattern starting regions kills my ability to effectively start my city the way I'd like to.
I also know that I'm unlikely to get my wish, since I'm certain it woul take a lot of work. Still, I hope you appreciate my thoughts.
Thank you for the mod, ReinNeVaPlus!
