Bottom popular city in Spain, build a tropical paradise on this coastline of Spain.
This place is outfited with some minerals, farmland, but no oil.
also thiers alot of water as well and a bit rugged terrain but enoph terrain to still make a good city.

Ive been to Barcelona only like once lol but idk I blame the hieghtmap a bit on the rugged part, and from what ive seen from when I was there it looked quite tropical to me, plus this was maped like about central part of the city so idk if that helps or not but I tried smoothening a lot.

Tropical paradise? This much rugged? You should come over and check it out, Barcelona doesn't look much like the map you have built.
