Description
This is a three level roundabout interchange between two highways, one elevated and one ground, with the roundabout between the two.

It's very similar to the Rottepolderplein interchange in the Netherlands. Except in real life roundabout interchanges are usually between a highway and a minor road, but I made this one between two highways.
