I have taken these suggetions from the discussion I created and changed the Lake in the middle. It is now more natural and no bridges crossing and no wind power in the lake.

I like it a lot but man I wish you had left that lake in the middle free of highways or roads I would think most places would try to work with the land rather then run through it. But still its a great looking city.
