@Chuck: Go to "Scenario" tab, then click Teams... Make the first four teams(1000, 1001, 1002, 1003 = 1) and make the rest(1004,1005,1006,1007 = 2).
Then change each of your "starting_position_shared territory" bases to the appropriate team numbers(1-4 on one side and 5-8 on the other).
Also add a map_entry_point_player for each base(1-4 assigned appropriately) along with the other team's map_entry_point_player(5-8) and assign (players 5-8) starting_territory_team territory flag to team 5.

Hehe, I have been working whit worldbuilder for so many years now that one might think I would know how to correctly place the startingbases, but i dont....lol. Its so confusing... but thx for the tip any way
