I'll keep this short because mobile. The Harbor Patrol vessels is a small, cheap ship designed to serve as a good early-game ship and filler vessel. It DOES need a couple of tweaks, but I've rushed it out because I feel that it's in a "good enough" place. Standard FDD AI suite, 2 strength 4 port/starboard shields and an AP cannon(I need to tweak that) and 2-3 layers of wood as a defense. Full logistics systems are present as well. It's fairly slow clocking in at 6 [m/s?] And a bit roll-heavy. Still, it's a pretty good starter ship designed to take on ships up to the retrofitted vanguard.
