Immersive Dirt Mound of Skyrim (IDMoSkyrim)

Beskrivning
This mod adds a small dirt mound just outside of Whiterun.
I made this mod to show what will probably most of paid mods become - an overpriced pile of dirt.



Sure there would be some mods that deserve the price tag(like for example falskaar etc.), but come on - a few weapons made in like 15 min each, costing 2x what the game + all dlcs cost? Ridiculous. IMHO something like tip jar would be 100 times better, also on better terms for content creator, and not 25/75 split, cause it just doesn't seem right, 75/25 would be ideal, but I think 66/34 would be still within reasonable range, hell even 50/50 would be a move in the right directions.

So Valve just removed paid mods all in all, which I don't consider the best solution, I think adding a tip jar would be better, but it's better than paywall at 25/75 terms IMO.

Agreed, modding should always be free because you never know when the pic and description are false or otherwise don't reflect the lack of talent/concern of the modder. I E you could spend money on a cool looking mod only to find it sucks or is totally incompatable with your other mods, and they wont care to fix it because they already have your money. Free modders do it purely out of the kindness of their heart (most of them), taking the time out of their lives just to make the game fun for others.

i wote about the paywall mods and id appreciate all of the people who are complaining about this topic to veiw it...this might help you understand and maybe make you atleast feel better about whats going on. thank you in advance
