No Ice as Filler

Description
Removes Ice from being able to be used as a filler in Crock Pot recipes. Doing so will now result in Wet Goop instead of your expected outcome.

Note: Players can STILL put Ice in Crock Pots! This is because Ice is used in two legitimate recipes (Melonsicle and Ice Cream). Please communicate to your fellow players before they ruin expensive materials!

Code is taken from the mod "DST Food Overhaul" by IcyTheWhite and only slightly modified.

Ice is in reasonable abundance all year round, particularly in winter. They're easy to gather, which imho trivializes the scarcity of fillers (why use berries if I can just use Ice?). I consider it one of the worse additions to the game coming from RoG.

The Crock Pot was designed around the base non-DLC Don't Starve game. Recipes grant a moderate number of bonus points to the player for successfully completing them. e.g. The player was rewarded +12.5~ bonus hunger points for Meatballs, +18 to +25 for stronger recipes like Bacon & Eggs. Only one recipe was imbalanced, the Meaty Stew (+62.5 to +75), which is offset by the difficulty involved in acquiring full-sized Meats.
See http://dont-starve-game.wikia.com/wiki/Guides/Crock_Pot_Dishes

But with Ice, all of this is thrown out the window. When used as a filler, the Crock Pot now gives over twice, almost three times the amount of bonus points. What's worse, the most basic and least involved recipes received the highest buff (e.g. meatballs). To add insult to injury, Ice never perishes once placed inside an Icebox, nor do they perish in Winter. Essentially they are berries that are several times easier to acquire than berries, but never perish! At least your stack of 40 berries will eventually rot away. Ice will store forever, making it the ultimate food.
