Description
The power is out. The storm is coming in hard and we've tracked several more missing persons to this location. Unfortunately, it seems to be a chop shop, and not the kind for cars. The black out gives us a chance. Get them out. Hopefully the storm will cover your fire.

An expansive alleyway ending in a small residential building. The sides of the alley are line with shops and storage areas, leaving plenty to do on the way. Several hostages wait ahead, not to mention their mysterious and sinister captors.
