I notice it most at mid, b-site, and the crate area outside double doors. I think scaling out your map would help a lot. I'd recommend looking at cs_italy as a reference for spacing between walls. The size of italy's market would probably work for your mid.

Max, thank you this comment. Do you think it's just a matter of widening pathways, or do you think the map in general is a too compressed and I should stretch it out?

Your map feels really cramped. There's not enough room to move around without getting blocked by your teammates.
