Parthian shot for sassanid missile cavalry

Beskrivning
Simply adds Parthian shot to:

- Persian mounted bows and the Merc variant
- Savaran cavalry
- Elite savaran cavalry
- Persian camel archers


Everything else is unchanged.
No dlc is required.
No new game required.

Great, they really needed it. I think every ranged cavalry unit should have this. It's better for gameplay.

I can confim that it does work with Radious now as Jayckal said just put SPS before rad in modmanager. Good stuff :)
