See the problem with this is that you end up growing too slowly to properly take advantage of your land, it's better to build closer and cap out early than it is to plan for growth up to level 36

@ManOfHonor This is a advice how far we shoud build city from another city. Bots in my game build cities in one heks near my cities and this is so annoying.
