If you only want to see blurred images when you're drunk but you are using post processing settings higher than "Low" then this is the guide for you.

Instructions
  1. Exit the game should it be running.

  2. Open this file in your favorite text editor (e.g. Windows notepad):
    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\spacegame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini
    (just copy and paste the above into the file name field of the file open dialog)

  3. Copy & paste this into a new line in the opened file:
    [/script/engine.renderersettings] r.MotionBlurQuality=0

They are working on more important aspects.

spacegame was their working title, they only came up with the Fractured Space nomer later but never updated the sources. You'll find the game folder, executable and all that are called spacegame as well. ;)

wait, they actually create the local appdata directory as 'spacegame'? lol, ok then...

Also, I understood step 2 perfectly fine after reading it once, though I was expecting you to show a directory containing a. ini anyways, so... yea

I find this ingame "AA" terribad, everything just looks blurry instead of actually smoothed...so I turned it off and use the morphological filtering via AMD CCC instead. Still not optimal but slightly better, I think.
