Intro
Hello, so you clicked on this guide to learn how to create a custom crosshair for Ratz Instagib. Well you found the right place!
Making
Ok, so to create your custom crosshair you need to have a decent image editing program.
In this tutorial I am just going to use paint .net its free and pretty easy to use.
You can use other programs like gimp, photoshop, etc...
Just make sure that the program has the feature to have a transparent background.

Ok so to start make a new file that is 31x31 or 12x12 for the best looking crosshair.

Next we have to make the crosshair using the color white. Also remember to make background transparent.

Thirdly we have to save the image as a .png file so it has a transparent background.

Next you have to head over to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Ratz Instagib\CustomCrosshairs" and put the image in there.

Lastly you have to open up Ratz Instagib and head over to options and your custom crosshair should be in there. If you dont see it right away scroll threw the crosshairs it should be there.
Thanks for reading!
Hope you enjoyed my first guide and your custom crosshair! :D

I don't know how to center things.

just make the crosshair in the center of the image and then put it in the custom crosshair folder

Do you mean like use the rullers and put them in the center like PhotoShop?

I'm not really understanding what you are saying but if you follow the steps correctly it should work. Also if you mean you want to draw the crosshair in the middle then try and center it in the program that you are using to make the crosshair.
