UA: Ten Pledges
When declaring friendship, Elchea and their friend`s city yield increase by 4% Gold, Science, Production and Culture. 1% Gold, Science, Production and Culture from Allied City-States. After Medival Era, Stephanie Dola will be appears.

UU: Stephanie Dola
Receive this unit when you enter the Medieval era. This unit can journey to a city-state and perform a "trade mission", but It doesn't produce gold, just produce Influence Points with the city-state. When you use one of its abilities, this unit disappear, and after some turn, this unit will appear again. Increase Influence Points by the "trade mission" and Movement points when you enter higher eras.

UB1: National Library of Elchea
Must have built a Library in all Cities. The cost goes up the more cities there are in the empire. It increases science output 20% less than normal National College, but it can contains 4 slot for Great Works of Writing, and increases science output by 10% per each Great Works.

UB2: Inn of Elchea
Land trade routes originating from this city have a 50% increase in range and produce an additional 3 Gold when connecting to another civilization. Receives +1 Culture for each Trade Route with a different civ or City-State.
