>ROLE-PLAY Aspect Of Enforcer is greatly over looked. It has come to my attention that maybe my video's are not enough to explain this. There is a major demand for a update right now, because of some reason the game is un-playable.

I made these vids to show the Role-play Aspect., and in the vid I did test the common complaints found on video's on youtube.

1) Player claims...Not enough call outs..
And what I discovered in each case role-playing a Police officer and handled it. The call out timers are normal,... why? because I discovered if your doing your job, your thankful for the slow points when the call outs are less. So even realistic, the call out timers would be normal. Nothing wrong here..

2) Player claims...AI bug because it hit another car

So much for that being a bug...

3) Player claims...AI bug driver jumps out and takes off running for no reason

It happens a lot in that show, which is what tends to happens for real. So much for that being a bug...

4) Player claims...AI bug were cars hit each other at a intersection
> HOWEVER “I” pull up to a intersection with 2 or 3 vehicles, this is claimed as a AI bug, but I go and check them, one AI is drunk, one is speeding, one has fictitious plates. I guess if the players "STOPPED" and Checked the incident out, maybe they would have discovered this is not a AI glitch..

5) Player claims...AI bug vehicle with no lights as it drives by.

I DISAGREE, THE GAME IS completely PLAYABLE..............
I myself had been chief and retired over 6 times already. I have patrolled all districts found on the map. I been able to locate suspects as well as get them, I have been shot, I have lost suspects in pursuits. Had made over dozens of arrest, tows and tickets.

If this game is that buggy, then I have no ideal how I made it this far. Because according to the complaints, the game is un-playable. I think what it really is....

So here we go rookies.... Class just got started....

Everything you learned about Cops in movies, TV, and GTA IV, forget about ALL of it. If you seen the TV series “COPS”(for those who never heard of this, go on youtube and look it up. None scripted real deal.) will already be on the right track, those who are real cops, you do not need this class...

I suggest to check out the “how to edit config” in the guides section because a longer game time is a good ideal, and not impossible..

Even though you hear about the drug deal problem, doesn’t mean the game is going to be playing about you verses shoot out drug dealers. It is making you aware of this crime rising up in Mountain Valley city area. Like all crimes they work from in to out. Even though drugs started popping up in Central City, crime and the drugs expand out ward to fallow. Since drugs is a main base that leads to violent crimes, you need to be on your toes, mainly on any call that is drug related...

Make sure you go through you “KEY BINDINGS” there is a guide on re-binding keys and to my surprise there is always someone complaining about actions in regards between foot and car and keep over looking the key bindings. Go over your key bindings and while in game make sure they are in function-able setting for you. Like your running, you use “WASD” keys(I use directional keys, I am on a desk top) but the commands for compliance is on Page Down, you find this a problem, well go into the key bindings and re-set the location to work best for you. You may need to exit the game and go back into it to get it to work right. It is what it is.

Now when the game starts we will call the different spot patrol location. As in “the East old Village” is a patrol location.

When we select a patrol location, we are starting “watch”, Let say we go to patrol location “North Industrial”, which is to the North of Mountain Valley city. You will receive a mission(quota) and that is it. The mission has to be completed. You will also receive call outs, they will need to be completed. How ever you can ignore the “mission(quota)” or cancel a “call out” pend on what is going on. As a Police officer your job is to investigate anything that is out of order. The slowest mission(quota) is the “speed trap” one. Some times I find myself in so much stuff, I never get this done. Because of the stuff I do, “WHO CARES...”

>Mission(Quota)

If you have a car who has problems going straight down the road, and your Mission(quota) is watching for speeding cars, are you REALLY going to let the possible DUI go on because your out watching for speeder? If you were a real cop and witness saw that, and you ticket one of them, and that DUI gets into a crash, you could get dumped on. Chief has to wounder why you let a DUI go and he kills someone for someone else who is running 5 or 10 miles over the speed limit. It is a evil verses lessor evil choice. It is the nature of the beast. Forget that speed mission(quota) and get that possible DUI, or driver that hits the other. These are traffic violations. They need to be addressed, who cares about the Mission(quota) you can return back to it if you want to. If it fails, so what you have a job to do..

>Call Outs

What is really a call out? Really its a “CALL or COMPLAINT or sometimes A CASE”. There is no Special all magic thing about it. A crime happens, witness who saw it or the victim who survived it calls the emergency number or Police dispatch. This is known as call center or Dispatch. They get the info they need and it is sent to the closest available officer, in or near the area. When canceling a call that is being sent to you is known as expediting or expedite a call. Basically this is sent to the next available unit. For example, I am about to pull over a DUI who is all over the road, but a burglary check call came in.

I will cancel(expedite) the call because I am on the DUI suspect, this is going to go down right now, and this guy could be off running, because they ran before(No Joke has before). Another car could get involved(no joke has before). Could turn into a foot pursuit(No Joke has before). Could run into more issues with other drivers too(No Joke has before). So why have a timer on a call getting on my nerves when for all I know, I will never make that call. So I cancel(expedite) the call.

If your about to get into something, and you take the “CALL”, and it times out before you finish what your doing, That is not the games fault, that is YOUR fault. Your about to handle something, so your already working on a case, a call comes in, cancel(expedite) unless you are really sure you can make it, or what your about to do is not that important so the call becomes priority. In short.. USE YOUR COMMON SENSE....We understand this Rookies?

>Judgment calls

These are based on how you view you current situation. If you perceive subject as a threat but use a taser instead of your side arm, then that was you judgment call to bring him down without great bodily harm, this could be considered good judgment.. If you choose to shoot and kill them, and you were not in the right to do so and get penalized for it, the game didn't glitch, you over stepped your boundaries of the law. This could be considered bad judgment. So make the right call for the right action..

>Tickets Tows, Arrests

Ticket is a receipt in which shows a violation was conducted and has the information of the violation, a possible court date, and possible fine cost. The basic info of the officer involved, the complete info of the person who has done the violation. The game uses two types of vehicle classes, one is regular vehicles and the other is commercial vehicles.

Commercial Vehicles require a special license in the United States and are Trucks, Buses and taxis. They have to bide by also weight class restrictions as well as license class restrictions and people transport restrictions. They have to go by federal DOT(Department Of Transportation) law as well as local DOT law. They can be pulled over on sight and go through inspection. All commercial drivers can automatically be subjected to blood test for alcohol and drug screening on demand. Means Police do not need a reason like a accident, It is a on demand at all times. They can also request a frisk on demand as well.

For example on a check point for regular drivers on the regular vehicles you can only do what your suppose to do. But on Commercial Vehicles you can check over the truck, and driver completely regardless what the check point is for. For role playing actions taken on Commercial Vehicles,
Ticket all violations, tow for Illegal License plate (fictitious Plates), expired license plate, no brake lights, no head lights or lights(day or night doesn’t matter) The vehicle gets towed for the light violation and sent to impound, it can only be released if the issue gets fixed. Any vehicle with bad plates is getting towed anyway..

Tows or in the common Police slang “HOOK” is a service provided by a towing company to impound the car in storage until the owner comes and claims it. If you need to tow a car, and the owner is clean and not under arrest but the car has to be towed, place the driver into compliance mod, then go have the car towed, once it is towed, release the driver.. This will keep him out of the vehicle until the vehicle is hooked and gone.

Arrests is were a suspect is restraint for transported to be held in jail for a court appearance for a crime they are accused of committing. When making a arrest on any subject always frisk them down regardless, some times they might be carrying a weapon or drugs. Even though your arresting them and frisk them down and it says “nothing, its clean” Message, this means he has nothing on him now, that is it. The arrest still stands. You do get points for the discovery of drugs and weapons on the subject during a frisk. If your not going to make a arrest but also want them to stay put, keep them in compliance mod until your done. Then release them.

*NOTE: this is based on what I do in the game..

We have to establish a law, in this game the law is common. And then we have ways to enforce that law. So what judgment calls would you do? I am going to layout the offense, and why, and what choices you can do. However in the end it will be on you... Keep in mind, if the car is used on the road way, and the violation would be considered a moving violation because it is on the roadway, then the vehicle pending on the violation will be hooked right out of the gate..

>Parking Violations
Parking tickets to be applied is based on were the car is at. There are signs in down town Mountain Valley City. Problem is you can't really tell by No Parking sign alone. However any car parked on the curb, is a ticket violation Regardless. If you apply the ticket and get points for it, the car can also be towed. Why? Because it is illegally parked and can not stay there so it must be removed. Towing a illegally parked car is also a deterrent. After the owner has paid the fines and storage fees, the driver would think again about parking there.

When you get out and a driver jumps out of the car and bolts off running, what do we do Rookie class? We GO GET HIM/HER!! Not stand there like a deer stuck in the head lights going DUUuuuhhh, dare he doe George! Don't understand, think its a AI glitch because it went over my little head..

Go get the subject! A foot pursuit is considered felony evading. If you ever ran from the police on foot and got a lessor charge you know they were being cool about it. They didn't have to..

So Get out of the car and go after them, they will stop running, and you will be able to fallow them, and taze them, or demand complince before shooting them. But you will need to make sure your marker is on them...

Compliance orders, being shot maybe, because being fired apound they may run harder, or tazer definitely. Always remember in the foot pursuit they are trying to head to the green makers for the level changers. You may have to chase them until they stop running, then you stop running and take them down, I always use a tazer.

Calls are based on your priority. Always remember do not take a call unless your gonna be dedicated to it. And also have that time for it. If not, cancel(expedite) the call, there is no point in taking it if your in the middle of something else that will keep you tied up. Cancel(expedite) High Priority calls if you have no choice. Your Priority base is off what you are doing, if your busy on traffic that your tied up good, well then your looking at Cancel(expedite) regardless how high the priority level is. My excuse is the call gets Cancel(expedite) to another available unit. And I am good with that...

Some times I will get there and there is no answer at the door, but someone is there, the game will penalize you for kicking the door in with out a warrant. I tell you this, me? I am here on a burglary call, there is no answer but someone is hiding inside, I tell you what, I could careless what the game dose, I am kicking that door in. I do not need a warrant in the states for that.. its a home invasion(burglary) crime in progress call...
