Description
Added the New Vegas as a playable Civilization.

UA (The House Always Wins): Cannot Build Settlers or Annex Cities, +2 Gold for all buildings in New Vegas and comes with a built-in Missile Defence system that reduces population loss by 75% in New Vegas (Free Bomb Shelter).

UU (Securitron MK II): Replacement for the Infantry, has the same strength and movement as the Infantry but has +50% Strength inside of Friendly Territory. Comes with the March promotion when built.

UB (Lucky 38): A replacement for the Stock Exchange, it doesn't require the Bank to be built. +1 Gold for every Citizen and also provides a base Gold of 5 instead of 3.

I'm revisiting CIV and found this MOD but I can't get it to load.
I select it on the mod screen but after "next" and "single player" nothing shows up in any of the lists of the game setup menu.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you

So hey why do the securitrons not have intercept? Didn't house explain they can hit airborn targets with the missles?

I could also see Vegas getting a bonus to gold production with the tourism they get, considering it's a casino city, perhaps a bit more gold per trade route as the traders themselves gamble? Also judging by how House looks to use the NCR as fuel for an economy that will become the center of new technology a science bonus based on how much gold one is getting could also fit. No idea if that's possible to balance though

I feel I should mention this, but you've modelled New Vegas as it was between it's founding and the events of the game. After the game New Vegas and Mr. House takes the whole of the Mojave, effectively making it a state not just a city.
I'd recommend there be different benefits for either building settlers, or avoiding it. If a settler isn't built, you get one set of bonuses. If a settler is built, you get a new set of bonuses to replace the first. Or should it be once a second city is founded? This might work for anyone with different play stiles, each bonus set can compliment different players and their different agendas.

I like how Vegas uses Venice's play style with key adjustments. The powerful +2 gold is taken in exchange for your Merchant of Venice and extra trade routes. The self creating gold also protects you if you happen to be hit with an embargo.

The powerful attacking Gallas is lost for the far more defensive Securitron.

The lucky 38 should map the area around New Vegas since it can be seen for miles...

The custom music is great but a bit depresing if you play for a long time, maby you can play some music from the radio stations from the game

"New Vegas is more than a city - it's the remedy to mankind's derailment." Absolutely on spot.
